Our coaches come from graduate-level English Literature, Philosophy and/or Education, and have experience guiding students through developing and polishing arguments in humanities and literature contexts. They provide the much-needed mentorship for Montreal’s CEGEP students to hone critical thinking, close reading and clear writing skills.
English Exit Exam
Reading and analyzing 20+ pages AND drafting a 750-word expository, all in under 4 hours? Sounds daunting, but you overcome with the right help and practice. Over the past decade, we have accumulated hundreds of exam-level readings. Practice with our coaches to ace your exam. The EEE is a required exam before the ministry grants your diploma.
Physics
From Classical Mechanics to Waves & Optics, from problem-solving strategies to proofs, our coaches will walk you from core theory to a plethora of problem sets. Our coaches hold graduate-level degrees in engineering, physics, and mathematics from top universities across Canada. Practice makes perfect!
Chemistry
CEGEP-level chemistry course material is no walk in the park. Unlike high school level classes, CEGEP chemistry is a challenge in terms of critical reasoning, visualization and problem-solving. Not to mention the hundreds of page of definitions to fully master - all within 4 months. Our experienced coaches are here to help, from better organizing the material to effectively structuring problems.
Math (Calculus 1, Calculus 2, Linear Algebra)
Calculus and other college-level math courses require a completely new way of thinking. Tutorings we offer focus on the transition and the thinking behind calculus and linear algebra problems. Helping students applying concepts and solving challenge problems are our coaches’ main goals. Math courses are the foundation across many university programs - work with us to feel prepared for years to come.
Western Civ
This course is known for the seeming avalanche of information that befalls. With the right study skills and coaching, doing well in this required course is possible, and actually likely! Our coaches come from graduate-level history education in Quebec and some even currently teach history full-time. You can too conquer European history.
